I love sparking the moment of realisation that drives people to think, feel or behave in a way that makes things that little bit better – for them personally, their team, their organisation, or their customer. These moments are the ones that drive change across businesses. The challenge, creativity and connection required to get to that moment is what makes my work so rewarding.

Helping a major UK financial institution reinvent their approach to managing performance. The work embedded a significant shift in mindset and behaviour across the organisation, reinvigorating leaders and colleagues around performance and development across a 60,000-employee strong business. The award-winning programme we developed drove colleague belief in the performance management approach and positively impacted colleague-manager relationships.
A supercharged team I have been a part of…
A project team tasked with embedding new customer service behaviours at a high-end department store. The brief was to get as creative as possible, and the timeframe was tight. We worked at rapid pace to deliver an innovative escape room event that engaged employees in a way they’d never experienced before. Everyone took responsibility for their role to balance creativity with precise execution and deliver a unique experience on time, on budget and in style.
