A business result I'm proud of

While working as a trainee Administrator, I coordinated the logistics for 5 directors going on a 3 day international conference, stepping up to work typically undertaken by Assistant Managers. I was responsible for all of the travel and accommodation arrangements, scheduling of meetings during the conference and provided complex travel packs/itineraries for the duration of their stay. The successful completion of this project resulted in a permanent job offer as an Administrator, 2 months into the intended 6 month role.
